This notice explains what happens to your data when you order from us using your phone.

What we store

Only the information needed to fulfil your order:

• the ordered items, quantities and prices;
• the table number from which the order was placed;
• the order and payment times and the payment method;
• any note you added to the order;
• the content of messages exchanged with our staff.

We do not ask for your name, phone number or email address to place an order, and no registration or app installation is required.

When you reserve a table

For a table reservation, you provide your name, phone number and, optionally, your email address, together with the date, time and number of guests. We use these details to confirm the reservation and contact you if anything changes. We do not use them for advertising.

We keep reservation data only as long as needed for restaurant operations after the reservation date, then delete it. If you want it deleted sooner, ask our staff or write to the address above.

What your browser stores

Your cart and language choice remain on your phone, not on our systems. We use one session cookie so your order reaches the correct table. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we process the data

To fulfil your order and to comply with accounting and tax laws that require us to retain transaction records.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for the record-retention period required by law. We no longer use table notes or messages exchanged with staff after the business day is closed.

Who receives the data

We submit order data to the competent authority where legally required. We do not otherwise disclose it to third parties or sell it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data and object to its processing. Contact our staff or write to the address above. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
